The four Customer Service Centers are an important component of ACCESSNebraska. They’re a more efficient way to process and approve requests for economic assistance services. They use a “universal case management” system where clients call an 800 number instead of having an assigned caseworker. People will continue to have the option of going to a local office in person for assistance.
