Project SEARCH

Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation's Project SEARCH helps students with disabilities learn vocational and competitive skills to help them enter the workplace and to become more independent in the work environment.

  • The Project SEARCH program at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island celebrated the completion of another successful year with a graduation ceremony for the students recently. This is the 2nd year that they have participated in the national SEARCH program, which provides real work experience and training to students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CONGRATULATIONS to all the students!
     
  • Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center completed their first year in the Project SEARCH program and recently held a graduation ceremony for the students, family and staff. The ceremony was very well attended and CONGRATS to all the students! See More May 26
     
  • The students from the Project SEARCH program at the Wal-mart Distribution Center in North Platte completed the program and celebrated with a graduation ceremony yesterday!
