CMS Issues State Directors Letter: Medicaid providers who participate in the Ticket to Work program are not "double dipping."

CMS is clarifying the ability of Medicaid service providers to accept Ticket to Work outcome payments for services delivered to Medicaid enrollees.  Ticket Outcome and Milestone payments do not conflict with [Medicaid] regulatory requirements and do not constitute an overpayment of Federal dollars for services provided since EN payments are payment for an outcome, rather than for a Medicaid service rendered.
