Linking Options for Beneficiaries Online (LOBO) is a secure, password protected database accessible by Nebraska-certified Benefits Planners, Employers and WIN Agency Members who are assisting or hiring job seekers with disabilities.
The LOBO System was created to assist Nebraskans with disabilities planning to work, are working, or are changing jobs understand relationships between earnings and public disability benefits, while also increasing the capacity of those who assist workers with disabilities make informed choices about their competitive employment goals.
